The Best Lucy Build in Wuthering Waves

What Lucy Does

Lucy is a Spectro damage dealer who uses Pistols. She works best as a main DPS who stays on-field, builds up her special resources, then uses Heavy Attacks and her enhanced Liberation for big damage.

Her kit is a little more technical than simple DPS characters, but the basic idea is easy: build her gauge, use her enhanced attacks, then finish with Liberation.

Best Weapons for Lucy

Lucy’s best weapon is her signature weapon, Spectral Trigger. It is made for her kit and boosts the damage she wants most.

If you do not have her signature weapon, use a strong Pistols weapon with Crit, ATK, or damage bonuses. Lux & Umbra and Solar Flame are good alternatives if you have them.

The main goal is to give Lucy more Crit, ATK, Spectro damage, or Heavy Attack damage.

Best Echoes and Stats

Lucy wants Echoes that boost Spectro damage, ATK, Crit, and Heavy Attack damage.

For main stats, aim for Crit Rate or Crit Damage on your 4-cost Echo, Spectro Damage on your 3-cost Echoes, and ATK% on your 1-cost Echoes.

For substats, focus on Energy Regen until her Liberation feels consistent, then build Crit Rate, Crit Damage, ATK%, and Heavy Attack Damage Bonus.

Best Team for Lucy

Rebecca is one of Lucy’s best teammates because their kits are designed to work together. If you have Rebecca, she should usually be paired with Lucy.

For the third slot, use a strong support or healer like Shorekeeper, Verina, or another support that helps Lucy stay alive and deal more damage.

A simple team setup is Lucy as the main DPS, Rebecca as her main partner, and a healer or support in the last slot.

Skill Priority

Level Lucy’s Resonance Liberation first because it is one of the most important parts of her damage.

After that, level her Basic Attack and Forte Circuit. Her Resonance Skill is also useful, but it is usually lower priority than her main damage tools.

Intro Skill can be upgraded later if you want to save resources.

How to Play Lucy

Start by using Lucy’s Intro if possible, then use her Resonance Skills to build her resources. After that, use Basic Attacks and Heavy Attacks to reach her stronger damage window.

Once her enhanced Liberation is ready, use it before swapping out or restarting your rotation.

Try not to get interrupted while setting up her combo. Lucy needs time to build into her strongest attacks, so supports and good positioning help her a lot.
